solenttools.co.uk is a website owned by Solent Tools Ltd for the sale of products. The Main focus of these products are parts associated with power tools and garden machinery. These terms and conditions apply to all users and use of this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions please do not use our website.

This is a UK website which has been intended for purchases from UK residents, all prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include Vat. Whilst we welcome some international users and purchases we cannot guarantee that our website can account for and take into consideration surcharges, tax and laws of other countries. You are therefore responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Guarantees and Warranty

All the spare parts we sell do not come with a guarantee, this is because we cannot guarantee that the part has been fitted and used correctly. Nor can we guarantee the original parts of the machine are not faulty and are causing the replacement part to appear faulty.

We have over 30 years experience of repairing power tools and garden machinery, we are fully aware of the different symptoms machines have, the various ways that parts break and the likely fault that has caused it. If we believe a part is truly faulty we will replace it free of charge as we know that the quality of parts that we supply are of a suitable quality.

We are not a warranty agent for any brand of power tool or garden machinery and we assume all of our parts are fitted outside of any warranty periods the manufacturer has given.

Where possible we will contact you before cancelling and refunding an order and at this time we will usually be able to give an estimated time for restocking.

You will need to email or telephone us directly in order for us to cancel your order.
