Items ordered using this delivery method normally arrive within 2-4 working days, but sometimes can take longer. This delivery option has no live tracking information so if you have not received your order we will be unable to tell you exactly where it is. No signature is required upon receiving your order. Smaller items, such as Carbon Brushes, Drive Belts and Chainsaw Chains should be small enough to go through your letterbox.

This delivery option is only used for items we do not hold in stock, we will normally have to order these in and then post them out to you using the Royal Mail. We will normally send them out 1st class when they arrive and are unable to deliver quicker than this. If we know that the delivery will exceed 10 working days then we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm this.
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery outside of the UK. For deliveries to Republic of Ireland (ROI) you can use a forwarder with a UK Address such as AddressPal Which is run by AnPost (you would need to create an account with them an make sure you enter your parcel reference number into the delivery address when you complete your purchase with us).

Next Working Day – Royal Mail – The order has to be placed before 1pm on a working day (Mon-Fri), if an order is placed after 1pm or at a weekend then it will be dispatched the next working day and you will receive your order the working day after that. We will send your order with the Royal Mail who will deliver it before 1pm, somebody will need to be at the address to sign for the order, the order cannot be left in a safe place and the Royal Mail will leave a red card if they have tried to deliver it. This delivery option has live tracking information and we are able to access this if your order is late arriving. If for any reason we are unable to send your order out on this service we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the additional cost you have paid.
Next Working Day – Courier – The order has to be placed before 1pm on a working day (Mon-Fri), if an order is placed after 1pm or at a weekend then it will be dispatched the next working day and you will receive your order the working day after that. We are unable to specify which courier we will use so send your order but it will be one of the following: DHL, UK Mail, UPS, TNT or The Royal Mail. Where possible we will add your phone number and/or your email address and on most services so you will get an update from the courier of when it will be delivered. If you do not receive a timer from the courier please assume that it will be between 9-5. Somebody will need to be at the address to sign for the order, the order cannot be left in a safe place. If for any reason we are unable to send your order out on this service we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the additional cost you have paid.
