Solent Tools use DX and the Royal Mail to deliver products and we are only able to delivery to the UK. To see the delivery options and prices that are relevant to you, add the product to your cart, view the cart and select your delivery location.
Items ordered using this delivery method normally arrive within 2-4 working days, but sometimes can take longer. Royal Mail are unable to give an exact delivery date and parcels are not considered lost until after 2 weeks. Smaller items, such as Carbon Brushes, Drive Belts and Chainsaw Chains should be small enough to go through your letterbox. Larger Items that will not go through your letterbox will either be left in a safe place or re-delivery will be attempted.

An untracked delivery has no live tracking information so if you have not received your order we will be unable to tell you exactly where it is. The tracking will only update when the item has been delivered / left in a safe place. No signature is required upon receiving your order.
A Trackd delivery option has live tracking information so you can see where it is on its journey to you (via the royal mail website). You should receive a tracking number as part of your ‘dispatch’ email. No signature is required upon receiving your order.

The tracking will be emailed to you directly from DX where you can make changes to your delivery if needed. DX will give you a 2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Upon delivery, DX will add a GPS location, a photo of the parcel in its safe place and a photo of the property that it was delivered to.

Unfortunately we are unable to delivery outside of the UK. For deliveries to Republic of Ireland (ROI) you can use a forwarder with a UK Address such as AddressPal Which is run by AnPost (you would need to create an account with them an make sure you enter your parcel reference number into the delivery address when you complete your purchase with us).
