When you email please include as much information as possible. The most important being the make and model number of your machine. If you attach an image of the part and/or the machine then this will allow us to help you faster. You can email us anytime and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

When you call please have the make and model of your machine. This is a local number that will be charged at a standard rate. Please be aware that this service is only available when we are in the office: 9am – 4pm from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We do not have an answer machine as we will not be able to get back to everyone efficiently. If you cannot call us during these hours please send us an email.
