New switch fitted and working perfectly.

The switch is not an exact replica part, the screws from the original are too small for this switch, and also require washers. Plus the surround is too big, and needs to be cut to fit around the existing fittings on the drill. Other people have made these comments, so it is only fair for Solent Tools to make reference to these points in the part description - ie. It is not an exact match and needs alteration to fit.

This switch worked perfectly when fitted.
A chamfer had to be filled to the bottom right hand corner due to a foul on the hand lever housing and washers had to be used on the original screws, due to the screw slots being too large for head of screw.

With Respect; a couple of Modifications had to be made:

01): Washers had to be Placed over retaining holes.
The Original Switch was Molded with a Slotted Counter Bore; hence, the original Screw Heads were too Small, and a Washer had to be used to prevent said Screws from slipping through the Slots in the Fascia Plate.

02): The Bottom Right Hand Corner of the Flat Facia had to be cut off with a Circular Hole Saw so the Switch could fit around one of the drills Function Components.

03): Although it was Very Much Appreciated the Switch was Purchasable from Solent Tools, I feel I must comment that the Price is a Tad on the High-side, compared with an Original Replacement Parts Switch, which was readily available at this time last year for less than £6.50, unfortunately it is now a Discontinued Item (A license for making High Mark-ups!).
