Please Be Aware That This Head Is Not Like The Single Strand Line Head The MAchine Came With, This Uses A Bump Feed Spool System So You Would Wrap Line Around The Spool And Bump The Head On The Ground To Feed The Line Out. This Is A Replacement Spare Part, It Has Been Manufactured, Tried & Tested To Be Compatible With This Machine. Make Sure Your Model Number Is Exactly The Same, As Other Models Will Take A Different Product Even If Yours May Look Similar.

The machine is powerful and with the original head I was able to cut through long grass with little effort. The new design has much thinner plastic on the spool and it quickly snapped at the point it comes out of the unit. Unable to extract any from the spool by tapping it I tried to take it apart and couldn’t get it back together again. Would not recommend if you’re used to the single feed through original head.
