The carbon brushes didn’t quite fit & I had to sand them down. Very messy. Not sure if this is normal but it’s still a PITA!

The instructions are a bit basic and haven’t found the setting jig easy to use. However the jig is well made and maybe after using the blade setting jig a few times it will become more familiar.

Parcel was not packed sufficiently, mail had to repack. Delivery was delayed

Had to chase order
Used 4 times and hole appeared in bag. The stitching had come loose. Contacted solenttools they are replacing the item free of charge. Very good customer service.
Not very hardwearing so will probably need replacing every couple of years but better than buying a whole new garden vac
Overall dimensions compatible but the locating/height adjustment slots were 2mm out, making adjustments a little tight.
The brushes were not an exact fit but service team changed the springs and did all they could to provide a solution. Got them to fit by rubbing down with sandpaper.
Raker Tines very expensive and don’t last long. Some of them already broken after single use.
Not as good as original bag
Good they had the part to replace the lost flange but disappointed that you had to replace it with the entire set including the pin spanner which no doubt increased the cost
I haven’t fitted them yet but they seem good quality.
Needed replacement after accidentally standing on original and split (NB. I’m not a heavy person). New one was punctured by stick during first use. For what it’s used for I think it should be more robust
One belt did not fit, but this was very quickly replaced. Verry good customer service.
Bolt was ~2mm too long, had to be shortened before use
