Good service in terms of dispatch time. Very poor after sales service regarding an issue I raised concerning a missing part. No response received despite two emails being sent.
The channel for the plastic pull tie was too narrow for it to fit through so I had to unpick the stitching and re-stitch to make it wide enough!
wasnt the same as the picture . more like cheaper ebay ones . had a few markes on it where it fixed to the carb

Buying this pack proved a very expensive method. Since found local supplier where these 9 “o” rings could have been purchased for a total of just 90Pence.i.e. 10p each.
Delivery was hopeless. It took four days to reach us. Mainly because it took two days to dispatch the item.
Really easy to fit but very soft bump feed meaning the slightest touch on the ground releases unwanted cord.
On the expensive side. The connector tags were of a different design from the original ones fitted, so I had to cut the tags from the new brushes and solder the ‘old’ tags to the new brushes. Perhaps you have in stock brushes with the ‘old’ style tags – if so, tell customers the option.
No instructions as to the position of each part and it takes so much torque to fit the piece to the main pump that I have broken two of the main parts
Not a good fit .had to bend each bracket with pliers as they are not a good match to the originals
Website average but easy to use. Price seemed ok but since trying to contact sales about an issue, I have not had a reply.
